Traditions

Today the coaches hit the pool early this morning for a workout. During our workout we began to think of some ideas. The coaches got to thinking about traditions...Wesleyan Swimming needs more tradition. We put our ideas together and later made a trip to Lowe's. New traditions are being made!

Next Saturday will be our Annual Team Banquet! I cannot wait to see everyone and give awards to those who have earned it.

    Great blog and must say swimming is great summer cardio exercise to lose weight by burning fat and regulating metabolism. Swimming improve muscle strength and makes hips, shoulders, back and arms muscles strong.
